Innovate is seeking an experienced Business Support professional to play an important role within our new Business Support Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business and logistical support across Innovate to facilitate the day-to-day running of the company.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to expand their career beyond Business Support, as the role will include communications and marketing elements, as well as direct exposure into project support and management.

The role is based in Warwick, but the team's hybrid and flexible culture allows for home working.
Main duties of the job
To contribute to the delivery of a high-quality business support service for Innovate Healthcare Services Ltd. and assist the Senior Business Support Manager in the day-to-day running of the business.
Key aspects of the role include:
Business administration and logistical support to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of Innovate
Supporting internal and external communications for Innovate
Supporting the management of routine performance monitoring and ensuring that ICT teams meet quality and performance targets
Supporting business marketing initiatives
Salary: £26,000 to £29,000 (negotiable) per annum dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Full-time
