Our Technology Service Operations teams are dedicated to delivering and managing high-quality services to support our stakeholders across Warwickshire and the surrounding counties.

Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, our services include the technology support desk, an online ordering portal, a self-service request and incident management platform, remote and in-person incident resolution, and logistics and technology solutions deployment. We employ a continuous service improvement methodology, underscored by our unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring our clients can navigate the digital landscape with confidence.

Innovate's Digital Transformation Team supports clinicians and hospital staff through digital projects, encompassing business change, digital training, and proactive support. Our focus is on enhancing operational efficiency while respecting the impact on healthcare professionals. With a commitment to providing digital training in new systems, we ensure clinicians and staff can navigate and benefit from innovations. Through ongoing proactive support, our goal is to bring tangible benefits, modernise healthcare systems, and improve patient care by guiding professionals through a smooth transition.

Our Technology Services teams provide essential back-office and data infrastructure to over 140 sites. We focus on maintaining 24/7 availability of operationally critical systems, supporting remote access services, flexible and agile working, as well as ensuring cybersecurity to protect data and users. This is essential to maintaining our Cyber Essentials Plus certification.

Spanning across Warwickshire, our six data centres ensure highly resilient and multiply redundant services through our secure private wide area network, enabling the management of over three petabytes of data storage and more than 1,000 virtual servers.

Innovate ensures robust cybersecurity for healthcare partners, managing risks and implementing recovery measures to protect against cyber incidents. The team prioritises service continuity for patient care, securing data and maintaining critical service availability. Proudly accredited with Cyber Essential Plus, our regular audits align with industry standards, providing stakeholders with confidence in our effective cybersecurity measures.

Innovate’s Digital and Technology Project Management Team offers a certified IT project management service for our partner organisations. Drawing on extensive experience in diverse projects for the NHS and other health and social organisations, our teams excel in executing digital initiatives within budget and on time, with a strong emphasis on quality and results. Operating throughout the Warwickshire region, Innovate is dedicated to providing tangible benefits to partners through technological modernisation, digital innovation, and ongoing efficiencies in patient care, reflecting our commitment to impactful and tailored project management.

At Innovate, our Information Governance team supports our clients in safeguarding personal data by adopting a privacy by design approach. We help them to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, Freedom of Information Act 2000, alongside all other relevant legislation and guidance.

Our team aids clients in completing the Data Protection and Security Toolkit, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), conducting audits, risk assessments, gap analyses, and offering bespoke targeted training. Additionally, we manage an Access to Records service, supporting patients' rights to access their records, and our clients to comply with their Freedom of Information obligations.
