About our values.
Innovate recognises the immense value our staff provides in delivering services to our customers; and these values reflect the supportive and collaborative nature of the company, while also demonstrating our ambition to provide transformative services for our partners.
Innovate’s values were set by directly engaging staff and putting them at the centre of the process. Through a series of workshops and surveys in early 2022, all colleagues had the chance to share their views. This culminated in an employee vote, where the most popular statements became Innovate’s company values.
