ICT Support Engineer


Innovate are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our busy and friendly ICT technical services division. Primary duties will include providing a comprehensive, efficient, high-quality 2nd line technical support service for all aspects of the Trust's end user hardware and software solutions and related technologies.

The post holder will lead in the planning and implementation of projects aligned to Trust objectives and the IM&T strategy and provide specialist technical knowledge on all aspects of the Trust's end user estate.

The successful applicant will have experience of working in a 2nd line technical support role, ideally gained in an NHS setting, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. You must be able to work independently, managing your own workload to meet organisational needs and be adaptable to changing priorities.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to provide advice and guidance to members of the ICT support team, technical services division, service users, and other stakeholders as appropriate.
