Digital Transformation Support Officer


Innovate are looking for Digital Transformation Support Officers who are responsible for providing high quality, effective support and coaching to enable the effective use of digital solutions within the organisation. The team works closely with the Digital Transformation Project team to support local and national project implementations alongside the scheduled 'business as usual' training offering. This will include the provision of support in both virtual and actual environments.

Main duties of the job

The position will require experience in supporting and coaching staff in the use of Digital Technology ideally within the NHS. You will be experienced in managing your own workload; and have excellent communication skills. In addition, you will have advanced computer skills, an ability to cope with significant pressure, short deadlines and a high workload.

This position will require some flexibility will be required around working patterns in order to provide the required support to the service. This position will include some out of hours working, to include evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays. It will be based at Warwick, but travel to other sites will be essential.

Salary: Negotiable £23,500 per annum (pro rata)
