Assistant Business Change Implementer

The role of Assistant Business Change Implementer is to provide clinical and administrative expertise to support Digital Transformation across Clinical Staff throughout Warwickshire. It involves evaluation of current practice and the development of new ways of working. Along with this development, this position plays a key role in supporting staff as they make the transformation into expert digital users.

It will also ensure effective communication between all stakeholders involved in this work. The role is also responsible for documenting Business Processes in accordance with the agreed Operating Procedures of the Business Change team.

Main duties of the job

You will have experience of Project Management work as well as advanced computer usage. In addition, an ability to cope with significant pressure, short deadlines and a high workload is essential. As you would expect when delivering health care support, some out of hours work is required occasionally.

The Assistant Business Change Implementer will work closely with the Business Change Implementers in this work which will ensure the most effective use of clinical systems within the organisation. This will involve reviewing current practice and establishing new ways of working. It will involve detailed documentation of all the stages of the implementation cycle in accordance with agreed procedures.

The role requires excellent communication skills in order to negotiate and implement effective change processes. You will be working with a wide variety of staff and services across the teams supported by Innovate Healthcare Services.

It will be based at Warwick, but travel to other sites will be essential.

Salary: £20,000 a year to £32,500 a year, dependant upon experience
