This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with communications experience, but also has a desire to expand or diversify their skills to include business administration and support.
Leading on internal and external communications, you will need to be self-motivated, able to influence stakeholders at all levels, and have experience creating and delivering communication and engagement strategies.
The post-holder will also provide logistical business support to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of Innovate, which will involve ensuring our teams and workforce are set up and supported to deliver.
Key aspects of the role include:
Taking a leading role in relation to internal and external communications, engagement and marketing for Innovate
Providing high-level communications and engagement expertise to managers and ICT projects
Presenting information simply and effectively to key stakeholders such as staff, patients, partner organisations and the media
Working with the Business Support Manager to manage day-to-day performance monitoring and ensuring that ICT teams meet quality and performance targets
General administrative and logistical business support to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of Innovate
