Innovate are looking for an exceptional individual to act as Programme Director for two key electronic records initiatives, which will transform the provision of Health and Care in Coventry & Warwickshire. The primary focus of the role will be leading a complex programme of work to replace current Electronic Patient Records systems at GEH and SWFT which has just commenced and is at Business Case stage. The post-holder will also be responsible for an established and ongoing programme of work to implement and embed an Integrated Care Record across all health and social care partners in Coventry & Warwickshire.

Salary: £67,500 a year to £77,500 a year, dependant upon experience
