Innovate are looking for Digital Transformation Support Officers who will provide face-to-face support for staff with the use of clinical systems within the organisations. The team works closely with the Digital Transformation Project team to support local and national project implementations alongside the scheduled ‘business as usual’ offerings. This will include the provision of support in both virtual and actual environments.
The position will require experience in supporting and coaching staff in the use of Digital Technology, ideally within the NHS. You will be experienced in managing your own workload; and have excellent computer and communication skills. You will be able to cope with significant pressure, short deadlines and a high workload.
This position will require some flexibility around working patterns in order to provide the necessary support to the service. It will include some out of hours working, to include evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays. It will be based at Warwick, but travel to other sites will be essential. Full and Part Time positions are available.
