We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our busy and friendly Technical Services division to assist in the management of the Logistics Team.
You will be responsible for asset management and will be expected to keep information up to date in “real time” in the asset management system. The life cycle for end users obtaining their devices will start with you.
The successful applicant will have experience of working in an administrative role along with excellent communication and analytical skills. You must be able to work independently, managing your own workload to meet the needs of the service, and be adaptable to changing priorities. You will be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels and liaise with other third-party suppliers.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to respond promptly, efficiently, and courteously to all user-requests and will provide advice and assistance.

Salary: £29,150 – £32,330 per annum, depending on experience, or Agenda for Change Band 5, if applicable (Innovate is able to offer NHS Terms and Conditions for staff currently employed within the NHS or within the last 12 months)
Contract: Permanent, full time
