We are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to play a crucial role to expand our workforce as part of the successful implementation of a new Electronic Patient Record System across two NHS Trusts.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for implementing our recruitment strategy within the company, co-ordinating agency workers and also support the two NHS Trusts with the arrangement of secondments within their organisations.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to expand their responsibilities beyond a traditional recruitment role as the duties will be working closely with multiple organisations, as well as having direct exposure to project support within our services.
To be successful in the role you will need to be self-motivated and pro-active in attitude, with excellent communication and organisational skills to respond to competing demands.
The role will have a base within Warwickshire, but the company’s flexible culture encourages agile and home working from day one.

Salary: £37,630 per annum, depending on experience, or Agenda for Change Band 6, if applicable (Innovate is able to offer NHS Terms and Conditions for staff currently employed within the NHS or within the last 12 months)
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract, full time
