An exciting opportunity has become available for a Digital Transformation Support Officer to join our expanding team. This role will provide face-to-face support to staff in the use of clinical systems within the organisations. The Digital Transformation Support Officer will work closely with the Digital Transformation Project team, supporting local and national project implementations alongside the scheduled ‘business as usual’ offerings, both virtually and in actual environments.
The successful candidate will be experienced in supporting and coaching staff in the use of Digital Technology, ideally within the NHS. They will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage varying workloads and to prioritise to meet short deadlines.
Due to the nature of the role, flexibility around working patterns will be required to provide the necessary support to the service, this will include some out of hours working (e.g. evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays). This post will be primarily based at Warwick although travel to other sites will be essential.
