At Innovate, we are seeking exceptional and motivated Change Managers, on a permanent basis, to join our Business Change team and be part of an exciting future with a significant digital transformation programme about to start!

We are looking to recruit 3 new Change Managers to work across our Trusts (George Eliot Hospital and South Warwickshire University Foundation Trust), Primary Care and Innovate stakeholders, on digital and transformation projects and programmes.  These roles are key to ensuring our change management capability is strengthened ahead of the start of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme.

As a Change Manager, you will be instrumental in driving change, collaborating with a diverse range of operational, clinical and administrative stakeholders.  This role will lead and drive the change management activities required to implement new business processes as part of embedding improvements, new digital solutions and the upcoming EPR.  

Your expertise will be critical in managing change and realising benefits.  This is an opportunity not to be missed, and a chance to contribute to the transformational journey we will all be undertaking.

 

 What you will be doing:

·       As Change Manager will be at the forefront of the change, working with all stakeholders in the acute, primary care and community settings.

·       You will be part of Innovate’s Business Change Team and will work closely with the Digital Change and Transformation Manager.

·       Your role will be central to reducing risk, to driving improved adoption and overall enabling required change to enable benefit realisation.

Job Description

Salary: £46,629 per annum, or equivalent NHS T&C’s, if eligible.

Innovate is able to offer NHS Terms and Conditions for staff currently employed within the NHS or within the last 12 months

Contract: Permanent, full time

Location: Warwickshire
