On behalf of Coventry and Warwickshire, we are recruiting a Head of Delivery – Population Health Management Data Platform.
The Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System are currently in the process of implementing an electronic Population Health Management Platform to revolutionise our understanding of care needs and transform the provision of care across all health and care providers. Population Health Management provides a unique opportunity to understand and support addressing health inequalities and is a key national aim for future healthcare provision.
This is a central role in the delivery of the Population Health Management platform, leading complex work to implement the system and ensure it delivers benefits for partners. The role will lead a matrix team across the partners to ensure that information governance, communications, engagement and technical delivery is in place. The role will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the programme, as well as managing high-value supplier contracts.
The role is a unique opportunity to shape and develop a project which will transform healthcare provision. Accountable for the full life cycle of programmes, you will ensure excellent governance and assurance processes from business case development, resource and risk management and implementation planning, reporting and delivery.
This role is suitable for agile/hybrid working.

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 depending on experience, or at Agenda for Change Band 8c for those applicants who have worked in the NHS in the last twelve months
Contract: two year fixed-term
Working pattern: Full-time
