EPR Benefits Manager


An excellent opportunity has arisen for an EPR Benefits Manager to join our team at Innovate. The successful EPR Benefits Manager will be key to working with leads from both George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust (GEH) and South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) to support the management and development of the EPR benefit framework – setting up for success.

In the position of Benefits Manager, the successful candidate will take the lead within Innovate on all aspects of managing the benefits lifecycle.  This post will report directly to the Head of Digital Transformation.  The post holder will play a crucial role in driving the programme's success by ensuring that the intended outcomes are fully achieved.

We are looking for a committed, energetic, and resilient individual to join our growing multi-disciplinary team. As our Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the EPR programme. Your expertise will be crucial in providing advice, support, and challenge on the management of programme and project benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across both GEH and SWFT to drive and manage benefits through the benefit management lifecycle.

  • Liaise and work in partnership with Trust benefit leads.

  • Provide advice and support on the management of programme and project benefits.

  • Challenge and optimise benefit realisation processes to ensure maximum impact.

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to deliver innovative solutions.

Job Description

Salary: £55,056 per annum or NHS equivalent band (if eligible)

Innovate is able to offer NHS Terms and Conditions for staff currently employed within the NHS or within the last 12 months

Contract: 21 month fixed-term contract

Location: Warwickshire
