Digital Transformation Lead Support Officer


An exciting opportunity has become available for a Digital Transformation Lead Support Officer to join our expanding team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will be experienced in supporting and coaching staff in the use of Digital Technology. They will undertake the planning, organisation, and delivery of face to face or virtual support and coaching sessions.   

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to this role. The Lead Support Officer will be required to manage varying workloads and to prioritise to meet short deadlines, both for themselves and for the rest of the team.

Due to the nature of the role, flexibility around working patterns will be required to provide the necessary support to the service, this will include some out of hours working (e.g. evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays). This post will be primarily based at Warwick although travel to other sites will be essential.

Job Description

Salary: £29,150 per annum or Agenda for Change Band 5 (if applicable)

Contract: Full time, 12 month fixed term

Location: Warwickshire
