Digital Transformation Business Change Implementer


Innovate Healthcare Services is a joint venture company of South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) and George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust (GEH). It is a staff led company, with a mission to provide the best technology solutions and support to our Trusts.

Innovate are looking for a Digital Transformation Business Change Implementer who will provide business change expertise on behalf of Innovate to the staff supported by the company. The team works closely with the Digital Project Management teams to support local and national project implementations alongside the scheduled ‘business as usual’ offerings.

The position will require experience in the delivery of change and transformation requirements, including the mapping and analysis of service provision, the identification of new and innovative ways of working, and of benefits associated with this change and transformation. Ideally this experience will be within the NHS. The position also requires experience in managing your own workload, and excellent computer and communication skills.

This position will require some flexibility around working patterns in order to provide the necessary support to the service. It will include some out of hours working, to include evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. It will be based at Warwick but travel to other sites will be essential. The company supports agile working.
