Innovate Healthcare Services (Innovate) is a joint venture company of South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) and George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust (GEH) providing Digital and Technology services to acute, community and primary care services in Warwickshire. It currently has a headcount of 152 staff and an annual turnover of approximately £26 million.
We are currently recruiting a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation’s Executive Team. Reporting directly to the Chair of the Innovate Board, this important and influential role is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven and inspirational candidate to join us on our journey to develop and grow our services. You will be exceptionally talented individual who is already operating at a very senior level and have significant leadership experience with a demonstrable record of managing diverse stakeholders, including shareholders. The post holder will collaborate closely with our Non-Executive Directors and our parent companies’ Executive Teams, alongside other leaders across the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System.

You will also have a record of successfully delivering services in complex environments with challenging financial constraints. Your customer-focussed approach with a passion for delivering the best services to healthcare staff and their patients will be easily seen in your application.
