Innovate is excited to announce the successful launch of the site office digitisation at Warwick Hospital. This transformative project has revolutionised communication and patient flow management, significantly enhancing the hospital’s efficiency and patient care.  

As part of the project, Innovate fully funded the provision of cutting-edge hardware, including 24 impressive 32-inch monitors. These displays now provide real-time information for individual wards, offering the site capacity team a comprehensive view of occupancy and bed/bay statuses. 

The upgrade brings a significant enhancement to Innovate’s in-house DIGIT software by introducing a brand-new Site Capacity tracker. This innovative tool empowers the site capacity team to monitor bed availability and occupancy in real time, while wards can seamlessly update their bed and bay statuses. With just a few clicks, bays and beds can be opened or closed, providing greater flexibility and efficiency in managing patient flow. Innovate’s work has helped Warwick Hospital to achieve the first fully digital site capacity and flow operation in the UK - a truly remarkable accomplishment.
