With cyber threats evolving at an unprecedented pace, Innovate has risen to the challenge by implementing Proofpoint—a cutting-edge cybersecurity solution designed to safeguard our customers' email communications.

Launched in June 2024, Proofpoint uses a smart, layered system to spot and stop almost all harmful emails proactively before they reach customer inboxes.

Proofpoint is now protecting 47 different email domains that belong to our clients, including South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust, George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust, and primary care customers across South Warwickshire.

Over the last month alone, the domains we support received over two million emails, and Proofpoint’s advanced security system has been instrumental in identifying and blocking 1.3 million of these emails. The reasons for blocking include dubious sender credentials, classification as junk mail, or identification as potential cyber threats.

As a result, only approximately 775,000 emails, which were verified to be free of spam and security risks, were successfully delivered to our customers. This ensured that our clients only received the most relevant and secure communications, safeguarding their digital interactions.
